Join 21 days of Vegetable Challenge !!

Dear CleanFoodies,

Do you already know the Vegetable Challenge? You try to eat vegetables with every meal for 21 days. We do it! You too?

With this challenge, you try to eat vegetables for every meal for 21 days, so for breakfast, lunch, dinner and every snack. So this is a total of 6 meals a day in 21 days = eating vegetables 126 times!

This sounds like an insane (crazy) plan! Why should we do this? We recently wrote an article about the health benefits of eating more vegetable. Here we explain the benefits of, among other things, eating more fruit and vegetables.

We used to eat up to a kilo of vegetables and why do we now have such a problem with 250 grams of vegetables? We want to show that you can get a lot of vegetables in an easy way. You do not have to eat 250 grams of vegetables in 1 meal, you can divide this amount over the day.

Vegetables are tasty, important and healthy. We want to draw attention to this more. Eating just a little more vegetables is healthier! We want to feel better in our bodies.

For this challenge we go for all kinds of vegetables: cooked, fried, steamed and raw. We do this divided by the day. Our goal is not that we want to get the 250 grams of vegetables, but this will probably happen unconsciously.
