CleanFoods healthy weekly menu!

Dear CleanFoodies,

What are you eating tonight? Do you know already? Or could you use some inspiration for dinner? We have a weekly menu for you this week!

We have a total of five varied recipes for dinner, so you can eat leftovers on day 6 and enjoy something different (less) healthy on day 7. Your family members will also enjoy these delicious recipes!

These delicious recipes are healthy and ideal for weight loss. The advantage of our recipes and products is that the fiber Glucomannan is added. This keeps you feeling full for longer. Do you want to read more about Glucomannan? Then read this article.

 

Monday

We start this week with a delicious lasagna full of vegetables. Read the recipe here.

 

Tuesday

Today we have a delicious recipe of soup with spicy garlic muffins. You can read the recipe for the soup below, the recipe for the spicy garlic muffins here.

 

Vegetable soup: (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250g vegetables (such as pumpkin, carrot or broccoli)
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 tbsp provencal herbs
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • optional: 2 tbsp cream

 

Preparation method:

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
  2. Fry this in a crock pot over medium heat, possibly with some coconut oil.
  3. Cut the vegetables into pieces and fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the water, herbs and cream.
  5. Cook until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Puree into a smooth soup.
  7. Serve the soup with the spicy garlic muffins.

 

Wednesday

On Wednesday you can surprise everyone with a delicious Risotto di mama. You can find the recipe here.

 

Thursday

Today you make delicious quesadillas. Have you ever made this? This recipe is really so good!

 

Friday

At the end of the week everyone can enjoy this delicious Vegetarian spaghetti.
