Raw Lasagna with zucchini

How are you doing?

This week we have a recipe especially for you with 365 grams of vegetables per person! You can share this delicious lasagna with four people at home.

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 peppers
  • 1 root
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 10 olives
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp Provencal herbs
  • 0.5 tbsp dried rosemary
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 packs RawLasagne
  • 80 grams of grated 30+ cheese

 

Method of preparation:

    1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
    2. Fry the minced meat loosely with 3 tbsp water in a pan.
    3. Meanwhile, cut the onion and add it.
    4. Cut the bell pepper, carrot, tomatoes and olives and add them to the minced meat mixture.
    5. Add the herbs to the mixture and cook for 10 minutes.
    6. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices.
    7. Rinse the RawLasagne in a watering can under the cold tap.
    8. Divide a portion of the vegetable sauce over the bottom of the baking dish.
    9. Place slices of zucchini or RawLasagne here.
    10. Repeat the last two steps until everything runs out.
    11. Divide the cheese over the top of the Lasagne.
    12. Place the baking dish in the oven for 45 minutes.
