White Chocolate Raspberry Chia Jam Bars

Raspberry Chia Jam Bars Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup of raspberry chia jam (homemade or store-bought)
  • Topiing: drizzle of white chocolate sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Spread the raspberry chia jam evenly over the crust.
  5. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the jam layer as the topping.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into squares.
  8. Drizzle with white chocolate sauce.
