Raspberry Chia Jam Bars Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of rolled oats
- 1 cup of almond flour
- ¼ cup of coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup of raspberry chia jam (homemade or store-bought)
- Topiing: drizzle of white chocolate sauce
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Press two-thirds of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- Spread the raspberry chia jam evenly over the crust.
- Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the jam layer as the topping.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
- Allow the bars to cool completely before slicing into squares.
