Spring Recipe: Healthy Guava protein fluff

Spring is just around the corner and that means new healthy recipes for all. Today we are bringing you a spring survival guide and a guava protein fluff recipe! This is the perfect healthy, dessert recipe that you can eat again and again without any guilt.

Improve your fitness and mood

It has been scientifically proven that walking makes you healthier and happier. It was already known that exercise is good for your muscles, bones, heart, blood vessels and brain, but it now appears that it also makes you happier, more creative and less anxious. Nowadays there are apps that encourage you to walk a bit every day, such as Walking Ommetje or the Walking App. You can create a group with family or friends and earn points when you take a detour. If you are competitive, this app is for you!

 

Listen to spring music

Delete the Jingle bells from your playlist, it's time for spring songs! With the right music you get all the way into the spring vibes. With a nice background music you can even turn household tasks, work and study into a party!

 

Look for Easter eggs

Whether you actually believed in the Easter Bunny or not, as a child you must have loved looking for Easter eggs. How nice would it be to bring back these memories? Summon all your nieces and nephews, hide dozens of eggs in your garden and don't make it too easy for them. Whoever collects the most eggs wins a big chocolate hare!

 

Dive into the kitchen

Where you crave hot chocolate with whipped cream in the winter, you prefer colorful and fresh snacks in the spring. After a walk you will probably feel like this delicious protein-rich fluff. Fire up your spring playlist, grab your blender and get going!

 

Guava protein fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 bag of guava pulp (or 100 grams of frozen guava)
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 20 grams of coconut protein powder
  • 1/2 tbsp xanthan gum
  • Cleanfoods Strawberry Syrup
  • Granola and fruit sprinkles to decorate

Preparation:

  1. Mix the frozen fruit, xanthan gum and milk in the blender until smooth.
  2. Put this in a large mixing bowl and whisk in the coconut protein powder until it becomes a light fluff.
  3. Finish the fluff with the strawberry syrup, granola and fruit sprinkles.
