Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast

Smoke Salmon Avocado Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of Slimbread
- 2 ripe avocados
- 150g of high-quality smoked salmon
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon capers, drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the slimbread according to instructions.
- Scoop out the flesh from the ripe avocados and put them into a mixing bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the avocados until they turn into a smooth and creamy spread.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice, half of the chopped dill, a pinch of salt, and a dash of black pepper. Mix everything together.
- Gently slather the avocado spread onto each Slimbread slice.
- Carefully place the premium smoked salmon on top of the avocado spread.
- Sprinkle wih sliced red onion.
- Drizzle a generous amount of extra-virgin olive oil over each toast.
- Finish it off with the remaining fresh dill and a dash of black pepper.
