Savory Oatmeal Recipe


  • 150 g skinny snack
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional, for a cheesy flavor)
  • 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, spinach, mushrooms, or cherry tomatoes)
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., parsley or chives)


  1. In a medium-sized bowl add the skinny snack and heat in the microwave until warm. 
  2. Star in the salt, garlic powder, dried herbs, and nutritional yeast (if using).
  3. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly sauté the chopped vegetables for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.
  4. Once cooked top the bowl of skinny snack with the sautéed vegetables.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
