Low Calorie Italian Sandwich

There is nothing we crave more when on a diet than BREAD. The thick texture, the full feeling and the multiple ways we can make it is just AMAZING. Low-Calorie Italian Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • SlimBread Natural
  • 1 tsp low-fat cream cheese
  • Handful of spinach
  • 10 baby tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp pesto
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the slimbread according to instructions.
  2. Cook, then let cool for 30 minutes.
  3. Cut into long baguette slices.
  4. Spread cream cheese then pesto on bread.
  5. Top with spinach, slices of baby tomatoes, and salt and pepper.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
