Low calorie Halloween cookies
It’s that time of the year again and that means scary treats, sweets and enjoyable meals. Instead of making our cookies look scary, we decided to give it a twist and make them look more cute. Wanna eat these cookies as well? Try out the recipe below!
Low calorie Halloween cookies
Ingredients:
- 200 g Almost SkinnyShakes Fudge brownie (add more if needed)
- 110 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 bar Almost SkinnyChoco White
- 1 to 2 drops of red food coloring
- Optional: flour for rolling the balls
Instruction:
- Preheat the oven to 175 celsius degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together butter, almost SkinnyShake, sugar, baking powder, eggs together. Mix until everything is fully incorporated*.
- Make ±6 balls with your hands** and put them on a baking tray with non-stick parchment paper.
- Bake for 15 minutes and let them cool.
- When the cookies are cooled, melt the white chocolate. When melted add red food coloring drops and mix until fully combined.
- Dip the upside of the cookies in the melted chocolate and make a ‘scary face’ with the food coloring and let it rest.
- Enjoy your cookies!

*When the dough is too sticky add a little extra Almost SkinnyShake to the mixture. Knead the dough until everything is fully combined.
**Use flour when making the balls. This will make it easier to roll it.
