Healthy Joints and Bones Tea Recipe

Nothing is better on a cold winter than a warm cup of tea! With thousands of different tea recipes out there finding your perfect blend can be difficult. This recipe is made to support healthy joints and bones, and it not only has great benefits but is also super tasty!

Tumeric Tea for Joints and Bones

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp DetoxTea
  • 2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp honey

Preparation:

  1. Stir the turmeric and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook until a paste is formed.
  2. Add 1 tsp of the turmeric paste to a cup.
  3. Add the rest of the turmeric pasta, milk, and honey to a saucepan and cook on low heat.
  4. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  5. Pour into a glass and add the detox tea in a tea egg (like this one) and let seep for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove the tea egg and enjoy!
