Healthy Christmas Eggnog

Healthy Christmas Eggnog

Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 4 drops SlimSweet
  • 3 cups of milk of your choice
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation:

  1. Whisk together the eggs, slim sweet, and milk in a saucepan and place over medium heat.
  2. Heat while whisking constantly until it coats the back of a metal spoon slightly
  3. Remove from heat and cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix in the spices.
  5. Chill for at least 3 hours.
  6. Whisk before serving and enjoy!
