Halloween Chocolate Pudding Dessert

Ingredients:

For the Dirt:

  • 1 cup of peas crushed
  • 1.2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2tbsp butter melted

For the Candy Grave:

  • Chocolate wafers
  • Candy bones

Preparation:

  1. Add the egg whites and 20g of brown sugar to a bowl and whisk to combine until fluffy.
  2. In another bowl add the egg yolks and the rest of the brown sugar and whisk to combine.
  3. Melt the chocolate and slowly combine with the whipped cream.
  4. Combine all three bowls of mixtures thoroughly.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  6. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and resemble a crumbly, dirt-like texture.
  7. Break the chocolate-covered wafer sticks into smaller pieces to create the "tombstone" shape.
  8. Place the tombstone wafer sticks in the mousse, positioning them to create a candy grave.
  9. Take individual serving glasses or dessert bowls.
  10. Start by layering a spoonful of the fake chocolate dirt at the bottom of each glass.
  11. Carefully spoon a generous layer of chocolate mousse over the dirt.
  12. Add another layer of fake chocolate dirt on top of the mousse, creating a playful contrast in textures.
  13. Insert the candy grave into the dessert, making sure it stands upright.
  14. Optionally, you can place candy bones or skulls around the candy grave for added bonus!
