Easy and fresh Poké Bowl

Did you know that you can easily and quickly make a delicious Poké Bowl. You can use our Raw Rice as a base and top it off with your favorite ingredients, like red cabbage, avocado, red pepper, spring onion, bell pepper, tofu and mango. Make a delicious dressing of soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh lime juice.
Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 0.25 red cabbage
- 6 radishes
- 0.5 cucumber
- 150 gr fresh salmon
- 1 pack of Raw Rice
- 200 gr adamame
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation method:
- Chop the carrot and red cabbage.
- Cut the radishes and cucumber into thin slices.
- Cut the salmon into pieces.
- Wash the Raw Rice under a cold tap in a colander for a few minutes.
- Divide the Raw Rice in two portions and serve with the salmon, sliced vegetables and sesame seeds.
- Make a dressing of the soy sauce, sesame oil and lime juice and spread it over the Poké Bowls.
- Enjoy your meal!
