Chocolate Peanut Butter Keto Smoothie

A keto diet means removing carbohydrates from your diet and getting your fuel from fat. As strange as it may seem, this type of diet has been proven to help with weight loss and control cholesterol. 

Many fruits contain a high amount of carbs, making smoothies much harder to enjoy while trying to adopt a keto diet. However, it is not impossible! Here is our favorite keto-friendly smoothie so you can get back to enjoying the things you love.

Keto Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 240ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 35g creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop SlimChoco
  • 60ml heavy cream
  • 300g ice

Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
