Chicken Avocado Burrito

There is no better lunch recipe than this chicken avocado burrito. Super easy to make and absolutely delicious, this is the perfect quick snack you can make at home before work or during the day for a healthy and delicious pick me up. Chicken Avocado Burrito Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 burrito size tortillas
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 large avocado, mashed
  • ½ cup of cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Slim Mayo

Preparation:

  1. Cook the chicken and slice it.
  2. Fill the tortillas with chicken, avocado, cheese, and mayo.
  3. Roll up the burrito, toast and enjoy!
