Banana Split Pancake Recipe

Enjoy your breakfast like never before with these amazing banana split pancakes. There is nothing better than enjoying a meal that tastes so amazing that it feels like it should be unhealthy, but it isn't. With this breakfast recipe you can enjoy tasty low calorie pancakes with a fun twist. 

This recipe is also vegan so anyone can enjoy it - no matter the dietary restrictions. Today’s recipe was made by Eva from @Life_and_fitness_princess.

 

Banana Split Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 50g Rawtella Pancake Mix
  • 50g coconut yogurt
  • 50g vegan chocolate pudding
  • 1 banana
  • 100ml chocolate oat milk
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Preparation:

  1. Mix the Rawtella pancake mix and chocolate oat milk together until smooth.
  2. Add coconut oil to a pan and add batter making thin stackable pancakes.
  3. Once all pancakes are cooked spread coconut yogurt, chocolate pudding and banana slices on each pancake and stack to make a tower.
  4. Once the tower is stacked, serve and enjoy!
