15 day Mental Health Challenge

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. This is especially true in current times where most of our mental healths are being tested due to the end of the holidays, the current environment, and more. We want to encourage you to make more of an effort with your mental health and do all that you can to be the healthiest you’ve ever been.

Our 15 day mental health challenge is exactly what you need to start improving your mental health in small, easy ways. The daily challenges are very easy to do and once you do them you can continue with the ones you find most beneficial. 2021 is a year for our best health ever, and this includes our mental health too!

 

15 day Mental Health Challenge

Day 1: Call someone you love and spend some time talking with them

Day 2: Get rid of 5 items you have lying around that you never use

Day 3: Write down 10 things you are grateful for

Day 4: Do not go on any social media for 24 hours

Day 5: Wake up 30 minutes earlier and enjoy a coffee or tea 

Day 6: Go to sleep 1 hour earlier than you normally do

Day 7: Make a salad full of vitamins and eat it all

Day 8: Take a 45-minute walk outside

Day 9: Buy yourself flowers

Day 10: Do not complain for 24 hours

Day 11: Make a list of your goals for the year

Day 12: Look in the mirror and point out all the beautiful things about yourself

Day 13: Clean your room/desk

Day 14: Do one thing you’ve been putting off

Day 15: Treat yourself to something small
