10 Day Winter Fitness Challenge
Winter is here and that often means fitness becomes slightly less motivating. But we want to help encourage you to keep moving even with the cold days and more layers. We have made a great 10 day winter fitness challenge to get you moving your body and keeping fit no matter what season.
10 Day Winter Fitness Challenge
Day 1: Yoga
Get your body moving with some yoga! Watch a video on youtube of head to a class to stretch and have an hour of mental escape.
Day 2: Walk
Even though it's cold in the winter, the fresh, crisp air is good for you. Go for a walk for 30 minutes - 1 hour.
Day 3: Fitness
Go to the gym or do your favourite home workout.
Day 4: Workout with a friend
Contact a friend and do a workout together.
Day 5: Challenge yourself
Do a workout or fitness class you’ve always wanted to try.
Day 6: Get Sweating
Go for a run, hike or anything that makes you as sweaty as you can be.
Day 7: Meditation
Relax and center yourself with some meditation.
Day 8: Walk
