Weight Loss Summer Salad Recipe
- 1 small cabbage, diced
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 1 bunch of green onions, sliced thinly
- 1 package of Protein Pasta
- Dressing: lemon juice from 2 lemons, ⅓ cup olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, 1 cup basil, 1 cup spinach, ½ cup nutritional yeast, and 1 tsp salt.
- Bring a large pot of 1 L of water to boil. Add in 100g of Protein Pasta to the water and cook for 5-7 minutes. Drain the pasta and place it in a large bowl.
- Finely dice all vegetables and add to the bowl with the pasta.
- In a food processor add all the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and combine.
