Update # 2 Vegan Challenge

Dear CleanFoodies,

 

We have now been eating vegan for 14 days and we can officially say: “We are getting used to it!”.

In recent weeks we have found out how delicious and easy vegan food is! This is mainly when you make your own food. When you make all your food from scratch you can choose which products and herbs you use and this is so delicious!

 

If you want to eat something fast, you may find that vegan food is more difficult. In update # 1 we also talked about many hidden animal ingredients. We have now discovered some products that we really like. In addition, we also have a small party in the store every time a product turns out to be vegan. We share these tips with each other, do you also do this with your friends? Are you curious about which products from us are vegan? Then read this article.

 

In the meantime we have found some nice and easy replacements that are always a keeper in our refrigerator and pantry. Think for example of a vegan mayonnaise or vegetable milk. These are very easy replacements that we can continue to use without difficulty.

 

In addition, we went out for dinner during the Vegan Challenge this week! How delicious we ate! Really bizarre! We looked well in advance which restaurants in the area had vegan meals on the menu. You can also visit the restaurants in advance or call us to see what the options are.
