Update # 1 Vegetable Challenge !!

Dear CleanFoodies,

We are now 7 days later and we have already eaten vegetables 42 times. Oh dear! This sounds a lot and it actually is! But we must honestly say, it was not too bad!

Are you now thinking, “What are you talking about? What is the Vegetable Challenge? ”. Then first read this article. Here we explain what we are doing.

 


What we did first was to find out what vegetables are all in, what recipes we can make and which vegetables we can eat raw. Below we have written some examples:

  • raw food (such as cucumber, tomatoes or bell pepper)
  • soup
  • vegetables with and through dinner
  • on SlimBread lettuce, tomato, cucumber

 


We immediately noticed that breakfast is the most difficult time to process vegetables. To help ourselves and you get started, we have also collected some ideas for this:

  • fruit smoothie with a hand of spinach
  • green smoothie
  • pancakes with vegetables (for example, spinach or grated bell pepper / zucchini / carrot)
  • a leftover dinner
  • raw food at breakfast what you normally eat
