Dear CleanFoodslovers,

Everyone knows that exercise is healthy. But does everyone also feel like and have time for this?

We therefore have 6 tips for you to move on a lake without having to invest a lot of time! How fun!

 


1. Exercise takes no time!

More exercise does not have to take time. For example, you can take the stairs instead of the escalator or elevator, go shopping by bike, take a break during the break, or get off the train or bus one stop earlier.

Are there already things you already do unconsciously?

 


2. Lose weight faster with your dog buddy

A dog is a good exercise buddy! By walking a dog several times every day, you are moving more unnoticed. You can also run or swim with your dog, give it a try!

Don't you have a dog yourself? Maybe you can walk (together) the dog of a friend or neighbor? This is also fun!

 


3.Schoner house is thinner body

Did you know that you also burn kcal with the household ?! Cleaning the house with an hour consumes a person weighing 60 kg 224 kcal! That is a bonus!

 


4. Walking weight loss

Exercising together makes it more fun and easier to keep going! Exercise with a friend or find an activity or sports center nearby.

You can also talk to someone about what is going well or what is going less well. This way you (unconsciously) are motivated and inspired. By moving / exercising together you can help each other when you run into something.
