Gluten Free Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of RawPancake Mix Red Velvet
  • 100ml of milk or water: I opt for almond milk for a thicker consistency (for an even thicker consistency use around 80 ml of milk)
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil (or any type of cooking oil)
  • 1 tbsp of Almost SkinnySauce White Coco 
  • Fresh fruits (optional)

Preparation:

  1. Heat the pan over medium heat to prepare it for the pancake batter
  2. Mix together the 100ml of almond milk with 2 scoops of Red Velvet RawPancake mix
  3. Add 1 tbsp of coconut oil to the pan to avoid the batter from sticking
  4. Pour the batter on the pan in the size you prefer
  5. Flip the pancakes after around 45 seconds once the batter starts to cook
  6. Remove from the pan and arrange on a plate
  7. Add Almost SkinnySauce White Coco as a topping for a sweet and unexpected touch
  8. Optional: Add fresh fruit like strawberries and raspberries for a summery addition
