Summer is the perfect time to reach new goals and achievements. One of the best ways to do this is with a summer FITNESS bucket list to encourage you to reach new fitness and health goals. Use this summer fitness bucket list to try out some new things and challenge yourself in new ways. Feel free to add more things to this bucketlist the more you complete.

Summer Fitness Bucketlist

  1. Go for a walk in a NEW place, ex: park, zoo, area.
  2. Do an outdoor workout.
  3. Do yoga 6 days in a row.
  4. Go for a hike!
  5. Plan a long bike ride.
  6. Learn how to surf.
  7. Do 20,000 steps in one day.
  8. Go stand up paddle boarding.
  9. Try a new fresh salad recipe.
  10. Eat a food you don’t like in a new way - try to love it.
  11. Go snorkelling.
  12. Try a new workout class.
  13. Lose 5 lbs or gain 5 lbs (depending on your fitness goals)
  14. Buy a new swimsuit.
  15. Go swimming.
  16. Overcome a fear.
  17. Play mini golf.
  18. Watch the sunrise.
  19. Watch the sunset.
  20. Try meditation.
  21. Make a fruit salad.
  22. Try a new dinner recipe.
  23. Make homemade pizza.
  24. Get a new water bottle.
  25. Wear no makeup for a week.
