Spicy Tuna Rice Bowls
Our spicy tuna rice bowls are the perfect high protein, low fat, and low carb meal. Made with warm rice, tuna, and a little bit of spice these bowls are a great weight-loss meal that will keep you full and satisfied. Prepare it the night before and enjoy it for a quick lunch or dinner that is easy and delicious.
Spicy Tuna Rice Bowls
Ingredients:
- 1 package RawRice
- 1 can of tuna
- ½ cup edamame beans
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ⅓ cup rice vinegar
- ½ lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sriracha sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
Preparation
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in the RawRice for 3 minutes until warmed. Drain and set aside.
- Place tuna in a large bowl and break it up with a fork. Toss in the rice vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, sriracha, and sesame oil. Combine fully.
- Mix together the rice and tuna until thoroughly combined.
- Add to a bowl and top with edamame and tomatoes.
- Serve and enjoy!
