Savoury Protein Power Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup RawRice
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional toppings: hot sauce, sliced jalapeños, salsa, diced red onion

Instructions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the warmed raw rice, black beans, avocado, tomato, and cilantro.
  2. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl, and mix well.
  3. Top the mixture with crumbled feta cheese and any
