Ramen Chicken Noodle Soup

Ramen Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 packages of CleanFoods RawNoodles
- 2 cups shredded chicken (already cooked)
- 4 cups of water
- 5 tbsp Asian Herb Blend
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Preparation:
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add in the peppers, carrots, onions and garlic. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Add in the water, asian herb blend and salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Rinse the CleanFoods Noodles in a strainer and add to the pot.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and lime juice.
- Let simmer for 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
