Protein power smoothie
'A smoothie a day keeps the doctor away'.
No doubt you’ve heard this phrase before, it’s well known and a lot of people use it. Smoothies are healthy and they contain quite a few vitamins. But… when you use too much fruit, your smoothie isn’t as healthy as it could be. Because then it contains a large amount of sugar.
Tip: if you want to make this smoothie on a hot summer day, add some ice cubes to this recipe.
Ingredients:
- 1 kiwi’s
- 1 (green) apple
- 200 ml orange juice
- 50 g of Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop of RawGreens & Berries
Preparation:
- Put everything in a blender and mix until everything is combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
