Peach upside-down Cakes

These moist and low-calorie peach upside-down cakes are bursting with flavour at every bite. They are easy to make and only require a few ingredients. Plus you can enjoy them during your diet thanks to our low-calorie slimcakes. This recipe makes 12 upside-down cakes so it is ideal for sharing or storing and enjoying throughout the week.

Peach upside-down Cakes

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 177C.
  2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  3. Cut 1 tbsp of butter into 12 parts and place each piece of butter in the bottom of the 12 muffin tins.
  4. Sprinkle a dash of brown sugar into the bottom of each muffin tin.
  5. Slice the peaches thinly and add 2-3 to the bottom of the muffin tins.
  6. In a large bowl mix together the slimcake and oat milk until combined.
  7. Divide the batter into 12 muffin tins.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  9. Let cool, then remove from muffin tins and flip.
  10. Let cool completely
  11. Serve and enjoy!
