Peach upside-down Cakes
These moist and low-calorie peach upside-down cakes are bursting with flavour at every bite. They are easy to make and only require a few ingredients. Plus you can enjoy them during your diet thanks to our low-calorie slimcakes. This recipe makes 12 upside-down cakes so it is ideal for sharing or storing and enjoying throughout the week.
Peach upside-down Cakes

Ingredients:
- 300g SlimCake Vanilla
- 250ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 3 peaches
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 177C.
- Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Cut 1 tbsp of butter into 12 parts and place each piece of butter in the bottom of the 12 muffin tins.
- Sprinkle a dash of brown sugar into the bottom of each muffin tin.
- Slice the peaches thinly and add 2-3 to the bottom of the muffin tins.
- In a large bowl mix together the slimcake and oat milk until combined.
- Divide the batter into 12 muffin tins.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Let cool, then remove from muffin tins and flip.
- Let cool completely
- Serve and enjoy!
