Passionfruit Yogurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 passionfruits
- 2 drops slim sweet
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Toppings: Frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries, fresh mint
Preparation:
- Mix together low fat Greek yogurt with the two passionfruit seeds, slim sweet, and chia seeds.
- Add into a cup and top with frozen blueberries, blackberries, and fresh mint.
