Passionfruit Yogurt Parfait

This passionfruit yogurt parfait is the perfect low-calorie, low carb breakfast to add to your daily routine! Easy and quick to make and packed with valuable macronutrients this recipe takes a simple twist on your classic yogurt bowl to make it a little more fun.

Passionfruit Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 passionfruits
  • 2 drops slim sweet
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Toppings: Frozen blueberries, frozen blackberries, fresh mint

Preparation:

  1. Mix together low fat Greek yogurt with the two passionfruit seeds, slim sweet, and chia seeds.
  2. Add into a cup and top with frozen blueberries, blackberries, and fresh mint.
  3. Enjoy!
