Mood Boosting Yogurt Bowl

The new year is here and we want it to be your best yet. Full of happy days, accomplishments, and good fortune! There is no better way to set yourself up for a good year and good day than with a full and complete breakfast. This is why we created the perfect mood boosting yogurt bowl that will fill you with mood and energy boosting foods and put a smile on your face from morning to night.

Mood Boosting Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • ½ scoop Mango Energy Pre Workout
  • Handful of: raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1tbsp coconut flakes
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey.
  • 2 tbsp granola

Preparation:

  1. Mix the greek yogurt and pre workout together in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Top the yogurt bowl with granola chai seeds, coconut flakes and berries.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and honey.
  4. Enjoy!
