Low Carb Whipped Ricotta Honey Toast
Ingredients:
- SlimBread Natural
- 1 cup of whole milk ricotta
- 2 tbsp honey
Preparation:
- Prepare the slimbread according to instructions.
- Cook and let cool for 30 minutes.
- Cut the bread into long baguette slices.
- Place the ricotta in a large bowl, add in the honey, and whip with a whisk until fluffy.
- Spread the ricotta mixture onto the bread and drizzle with extra honey.
- Serve and enjoy!
