Low Carb Pumpkin French Toast

Our low carb french toast allows you to enjoy one of the best breakfast options in a diet friendly way! Enjoy the best fall breakfast that you will ever have!

Low Carb Pumpkin French Toast

Ingredients:

  • SlimBread Natural
  • 120ml pumpkin puree
  • 160 ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops SlimSweet
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • Cooking spray for the pan
  • Toppings: whipped cream and cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the slimbread according to instructions. 
  2. Add all the other ingredients into a medium sized bowl and combine.
  3. Cut the slim bread into slices.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray.
  5. Soak a piece of bread in the french toast mixture, covering each side. Shake off any excess batter.
  6. Add to the frying pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining pieces of toast.
  8. Serve and top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
