Low Carb Lemon Cake

The sweet and refreshing flavours of lemon are so much better in the summer months. A rich chocolate cake in summer feels too heavy and filling, while a sweet lemon cake is a perfect combination of sweet but fresh. Use this recipe for dinner parties, birthdays and more!

Low Carb Lemon Cake

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C.
  2. Mix the slim cake lemon with almond milk until combined.
  3. Add the mix to a baking dish, place a glass of water in the oven beside the cake, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Let cook.
  5. As it cools, mix together 1 tbsp lemon juice with 200 g plain greek yogurt for the icing.
  6. After the cake has cooled, spread the lemon greek yogurt icing on top.
  7. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
