Low Carb Lemon Cake
The sweet and refreshing flavours of lemon are so much better in the summer months. A rich chocolate cake in summer feels too heavy and filling, while a sweet lemon cake is a perfect combination of sweet but fresh. Use this recipe for dinner parties, birthdays and more!
Low Carb Lemon Cake
Ingredients:
- 200 g SlimCake Lemon
- 180ml almond milk
- 1 lemon
- 200g plain Greek yogurt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175C.
- Mix the slim cake lemon with almond milk until combined.
- Add the mix to a baking dish, place a glass of water in the oven beside the cake, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Let cook.
- As it cools, mix together 1 tbsp lemon juice with 200 g plain greek yogurt for the icing.
- After the cake has cooled, spread the lemon greek yogurt icing on top.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Serve and enjoy!
