Low Carb French Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
- CleanFoods Slim Bread
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Unsalted butter for cooking
Toppings
- Sugar free maple syrup
- CleanFoods salted caramel syrup
- Bacon
- Fresh berries
Preparation:
- Prepare CleanFoods slim bread according to instructions. Let cool.
- In a medium bowl mix the egg, almond milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon.
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter on a pan over medium heat.
- Slice the SlimBread into slices and soak in the egg mixture for 30 seconds - 1 minute.
- Add to the pan and cook on each side until golden brown.
- Top with toppings of your choice and serve!
