Low Carb Chicken Alfredo

This chicken alfredo is easy, delicious, and unbelievably low-carb. Ready in just 30 minutes this is the perfect on-the-go dinner recipe that tastes like it took hours to make! Plus it is great for anyone on a diet with its low carbs and high protein macro counts. 

Low-Carb Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Ingredients: 

  • 1 package RawFettucini 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add to a pan with olive oil over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes. 
  3. Add in the garlic and mix for 1 minute.
  4. Add in the chicken broth, milk, flour, onion powder, and basil, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Drain and rinse the RawPasta and add to the sauce.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
