Low Carb Chicken Alfredo

Low-Carb Chicken Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package RawFettucini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 4 fresh basil leaves, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Add to a pan with olive oil over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in the garlic and mix for 1 minute.
- Add in the chicken broth, milk, flour, onion powder, and basil, and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the RawPasta and add to the sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in the parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve and enjoy!
