Low-Calorie Vegan Fruity Pancakes

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix together the raw pancake mix with the oat milk until a batter forms.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 1tbsp vegan butter.
  3. Add 4 scoops of the batter to the pan to make 4 pancakes. Cook until golden on both sides.
  4. Remove from heat and top with slim jam and fruits.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
