Low-Calorie Vegan Fruity Pancakes

These fruity pancakes are ideal for those looking for a boost of vitamins from fruits while enjoying a filling and satisfying vegan meal.
Low-Calorie Vegan Fruity Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops RawPancake Vegan
- 150 ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp SlimJam 4 fruits
- Toppings: raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
Preparation:
- Mix together the raw pancake mix with the oat milk until a batter forms.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 1tbsp vegan butter.
- Add 4 scoops of the batter to the pan to make 4 pancakes. Cook until golden on both sides.
- Remove from heat and top with slim jam and fruits.
- Serve and enjoy!
