Low Calorie Baked Feta Pasta

Baked feta pasta is EVERYWHERE and it is 100% worth the hype. Most recipes of this viral dish aren’t very healthy but today we are showing you just how healthy it can be. Made with our low-carb noodles you can enjoy this dish on any diet and without regrets.

Low Calorie Baked Feta Pasta

Ingredients: 

  • 500g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic, halved
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 1 package RawSpaghetti
  • Fresh basil leaves for serving

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400C.
  2. In a square baking pan add the tomatoes, garlic and ¼ cup of olive oil.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and toss.
  4. In the middle of the dish, place the feta cheese and top with the remaining olive oil. 
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Drain and rinse the RawSpaghetti and heat it for 1 minute in a pot of boiling water. 
  7. Take the dish out of the oven.
  8. Mash the feta and tomatoes until all are combined.
  9. Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and season with salt.
  10. Top with fresh basil.
  11. Serve and enjoy!
