Low Calorie Baked Feta Pasta
Baked feta pasta is EVERYWHERE and it is 100% worth the hype. Most recipes of this viral dish aren’t very healthy but today we are showing you just how healthy it can be. Made with our low-carb noodles you can enjoy this dish on any diet and without regrets.
Low Calorie Baked Feta Pasta
Ingredients:
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic, halved
- ½ cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 200g feta cheese
- 1 package RawSpaghetti
- Fresh basil leaves for serving
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 400C.
- In a square baking pan add the tomatoes, garlic and ¼ cup of olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper and toss.
- In the middle of the dish, place the feta cheese and top with the remaining olive oil.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Drain and rinse the RawSpaghetti and heat it for 1 minute in a pot of boiling water.
- Take the dish out of the oven.
- Mash the feta and tomatoes until all are combined.
- Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and season with salt.
- Top with fresh basil.
- Serve and enjoy!
