Lemon Apricot Jam Muffins
This recipe makes the most delicious muffins that will make getting out of bed in the morning exciting! They are so sweet and delicious that it almost feels like cheating on your diet when you eat them. But it is not! These jam muffins are super low calorie and the perfect quick morning snack to curb your cravings and start your day off right.
Calories for 1 muffin: 132kcal
- Preheat the oven to 175C.
- Place 300g of slim cake in a bowl and mix with 250ml oat milk.
- Line a muffin tin and fill ⅓ of the way to the top with the SlimCake mixture.
- Drop 50g of SlimJam in each muffin tin. Then top with the remaining SlimCake.
- Cook for 15 minutes in an oven with a glass of water next to it.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Serve and enjoy!
