High Protein Low Carb Sausage, Pepper, Rice Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 1 package RawRice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 sausage
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ cup button mushrooms, sliced
  • ⅓ cup sliced carrots

Preparation:

  1. Add the sausage to a pan and cook for 8 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Drain and rinse the RawRice.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil, bell pepper, mushrooms, and sliced carrot.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes. 
  5. Cut the sausage into small pieces and add to the skillet.
  6. Add in the RawRice and combine.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
