High Protein Breakfast Wrap

Finding quick and easy breakfast recipes makes mornings a whole lot easier. As the most important meal of the day that fuels your brain and gives you energy, having a protein packed breakfast is a must. Our high protein breakfast wraps are packed with vitamins, nutrients, and most importantly protein to keep you full and energized throughout the day.

This recipe makes 4 wraps.

High Protein Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ½  red pepper, minced
  • ½ yellow pepper, minced
  • ½ onion, minced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 4 pieces of bacon
  • 1 tsp Salad Herbs Mix
  • Salt and pepper
  • ½ cup of your favourite cheese
  • 4 multigrain wraps

Instructions:

  1. Add the coconut oil to a pan over medium heat and add in the minced garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy.
  3. In a bowl whisk together the eggs with milk, herbs mix, and salt and pepper.
  4. Add the peppers into the pan with onion and garlic and saute until they turn translucent.
  5. Add in the eggs and saute for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
  6. Spread the egg mixture onto a wrap and top with bacon and a sprinkle of cheese.
  7. Wrap tightly and eat
