High Protein Breakfast Wrap

This recipe makes 4 wraps.
High Protein Breakfast Wrap
Ingredients:
- 8 eggs
- Splash of milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ red pepper, minced
- ½ yellow pepper, minced
- ½ onion, minced
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 4 pieces of bacon
- 1 tsp Salad Herbs Mix
- Salt and pepper
- ½ cup of your favourite cheese
- 4 multigrain wraps
Instructions:
- Add the coconut oil to a pan over medium heat and add in the minced garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
- Cook the bacon until crispy.
- In a bowl whisk together the eggs with milk, herbs mix, and salt and pepper.
- Add the peppers into the pan with onion and garlic and saute until they turn translucent.
- Add in the eggs and saute for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
- Spread the egg mixture onto a wrap and top with bacon and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Wrap tightly and eat
