Healthy Carrot Cake without sugar!

Making food yourself is always better, right? This doesn’t have to take time with our SlimCake! Our SlimCake is ready in the microwave within 1 minute. You can also prepare SlimCake in the oven and that is what we are going to do this week!

Did you know that you can also add fruit and vegetables in our SlimCake? Today we make a delicious healthy Carrot Cake without sugar. With this recipe you can make about 5 small cupcakes.

 

Ingredients:

  • 35 gr carrot
  • 10 g walnuts
  • 2 SlimCake Vanilla
  • 100 ml of water
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • possibly 1 tbsp raisins

 

Preparation method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.
  2. Wash and grate the carrot.
  3. Chop the walnuts.
  4. Mix the SlimCake mix with the water in a bowl.
  5. Add the grated carrot, walnuts, cinnamon and possibly raisins to the mixture.
  6. Divide the mixture between 5 small cupcakes.
  7. Bake the cupcakes in the oven for 10 minutes. When you make bigger cupcakes, the baking time can be longer.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
