Preparation method:

  1. Preheat an oven to 200 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the bags of SlimBread and water with a fork.
  3. Divide the mixture between 4 cupcakes and put them in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  4. Squeeze 1 clove of garlic and put it in another bowl.
  5. Chop the onion very finely and add it to the bowl along with the ground beef, paprika, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
  6. Mix the minced meat mixture well and make 4 flat burgers.
  7. Remove the SlimBread from the oven and let them cool.
  8. Grate the cucumber and drain the liquid.
  9. Squeeze 1 clove of garlic and put it in a bowl.
  10. Mix the garlic with the low-fat cottage cheese, lemon juice, black pepper, drained cucumber and fresh dill to taste.
  11. Thinly slice the tomato and wash the lettuce. Serve this on a plate.
  12. Bake the burgers on the BBQ.
  13. Add the burgers to the bun and top with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, and ketchup.
  14. Enjoy!
