Frozen Banana Pops
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup Almost SkinnyChoco
- Toppings of your choice:
- Chopped nuts (almonds, peanuts, or walnuts)
- Shredded coconut
- Mini chocolate chips
- Sprinkles
- Dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or goji berries)
Equipment:
- Popsicle sticks or sturdy skewers
- Baking sheet or tray lined with parchment paper
Instructions:
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick or skewer into each banana half, making sure it's securely in place.
- Pour the Almost SkinnyChoco Milk into a tall glass or container.
- Dip each banana into the Almost SkinnyChoco Milk, ensuring it's fully coated. Allow any excess milk to drip off.
- Sprinkle or roll the coated bananas in your desired toppings, pressing gently to make them adhere.
- Place the coated bananas on the lined baking sheet or tray.
- Once all the bananas are coated and decorated, place the tray in the freezer and let the pops freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until solid.
- Once fully frozen, the Banana Pops are ready to enjoy! Serve them immediately or transfer them to a freezer bag or container for future indulgence.
Optional: For added variety, you can experiment with different coatings and toppings. Get creative and try combinations like crushed pretzels, crushed cereal, or even a drizzle of melted peanut butter over the frozen pops.
