Fluffy Caramel Pumpkin Waffles
Fall is in the air and that means pumpkin everywhere and everything. Our newest pumpkin addition is into one of our favourite morning meals: waffles. Find here a simple yet delicious recipe that is perfect for a chilly Sunday morning.

Fluffy caramel pumpkin waffles
Ingredients:
- 100 g cooked pumpkin
- 1 bag of CleanFoods RawPancake Caramel
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 apple
- 2 tsp cinnamon sugar
- 100 g of quark
- Almost SkinnySauce Salty Caramel
Preparation method:
- Poke holes in the pumpkin with a fork and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes to make it easier to cut.
- Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and cook it on a pan on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Take 100 grams of the pumpkin cubes and add to a blender with the RawPancake mix, the baking powder and 140 ml of water.
- Mix into a smooth batter.
- Grease the waffle maker with baking spray and pour in the batter until covered.
- Repeat this until the waffle batter is finished.
- Cut an apple into thin slices and put it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Fold the apple into a rose shape and sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar.
- Create two rose leaves with 100 grams of quark and top with Almost SkinnySauce Salty Caramel.
