Diet-friendly Pumpkin Pancakes

Pumpkin Pancakes are one of our FAVOURITE fall recipes. Pancakes are not normally super diet-friendly, but now they are! We think you shouldn’t have to give up your favourite foods during a diet so we made a low-calorie version of Pumpkin Pancakes recipe.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of RawPancakes Caramel
  • 140 ml water
  • 100 g pumpkin
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • a little bit of olive oil

 

Toppings:

  • Carrots
  • pecans
  • A little bit of Greek Yogurt

 

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the pancakes following instructions and set aside.
  2. Mash the pumpkin and add the pumpkin puree to the pancake mixture.
  3. Heat up the oil in the pan and pour in the pancake mixture.
  4. Bake until golden brown. Repeat this process until your mixture is finished.
  5. Stack the pancakes, add greek yogurt on top and decorate the pancakes with pecans and carrots. 
  6. Enjoy your meal!
