Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe
This cilantro lime rice is the perfect addition to any Mexican dish like tacos, fajitas, and burrito bowls. It only requires a few ingredients and is super quick to prepare. You can also eat it on its own with some chicken or veggies for the perfect quick dinner recipe.
Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package of CleanFoods Raw Rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- ¼ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Add the CleanFoods RawRice to a strainer and rinse. Add to a pot of boiling water for 2 minutes and strain.
- Add the rice to a bowl and mix in the olive oil, salt, lime juice and cilantro. Mix until combined.
- Serve and enjoy!
