Christmas Tree Cupcakes

These Christmas tree cupcakes are the perfect Christmas dessert that is super adorable and delicious. This is the ideal dessert to make for both adults and children for a fun and festive twist on regular cupcakes. 

Christmas Tree Cupcakes

Servings: 6 cupcakes

Ingredients:

• 2 packs of SlimCake Choco
• 100 ml water

Buttercream: 

• 115 g unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 175 g powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp (plant-based) milk
• 3 drops of green coloring
• Star and ball sprinkles 

Instructions:

1. Put the cake mix and water in a bowl and mix until smooth. 
2. Pour the mixture into the muffin molds.
3. Place the muffins in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Check your muffins are cooked with a skewer.
4. Make the frosting. Put the butter and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix until combined.
5. Add vanilla extract and milk and mix.
6. Add the green coloring drops and mix until you have a green-colored buttercream.
7. Decorate the cupcakes with buttercream and some sprinkles.
8. Enjoy!
