Dates Rich in vitamins A and B, potassium and magnesium.

Maple syrup Natural Product, high in vitamins, calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron.

Monk fruit central Asian plant, GI equal to zero, excellent for Ketosis

Sucralose is not broken down from our stomach therefore excellent for ketosis and diabetes
