Apple Pie Pancakes
Apple pie doesn’t just have to be enjoyed as a tasty dessert, it can also be enjoyed for breakfast! With these apple pie pancakes, you can have one of the best fall desserts to start off your day. Begin your cold fall morning with a sweet yet low-carb start.
Apple Pie Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops RawPancakes Apple Cinnamon
- 110ml oat milk
- 1 tbsp butter
- 60g brown sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 apples, peeled and cubed
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Skinny Sauce Salted Caramel
Preparation:
- In a medium, pot melt the butter, then add water, brown sugar and the cubed apples.
- Cook for 4 minutes on medium heat then lower to low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add the cinnamon and cook for another 2 minutes. Then remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare the pancakes according to instructions.
- Place the pancakes in a stack and top with the carmelized apples.
- Add the salted caramel sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!
